would like to make our Firm Offer as follows:

– Origin: S. African

– Specifications: available

– Loose in bulk

– Delivery basis: CIF (INCOTERMS-2020)

– POL (Port of Loading): Matola, Mozambican Indian Ocean port

– POD (Port of Discharge): CIF ASPW

– Annual contract as follows:

– 12 months x 60,000 MT p/m = Total 720,000 MT p.a.

– Cargo (shipment) size: 60,000 MT each by suitable Panamax type BC’s (BC: Bulk Carrier)

– Time for the 1st shipment: 15 March 2023 onwards, if the contract is mutually signed within

1 week at the latest.

– Discharge rate: min. 15,000 MT p.d.

– Inspection for Q&Q by SGS or equivalent at POD, final & binding on both parties.

– Price: $ 210.- pmt @ CIF FO (Free Out) N. European ports

– Payment by 100% irrevocable, non-transferable, indivisible, unassignable, documentary

L/C to be opened from a prime bank on cargo-by-cargo (shipment by shipment) basis and

payable at sight against usual shipping (issued at POL) & onboard inspection documents

issued by SGS or equivalent when the bulk carrier in question safely arrives at POD.
